Renovation of a municipal facility in Martinsville, Indiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of January 3, 2022, project was rejected and it will ot be awarded. No new bid date has been established. The Work consists of architectural, interiors, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work as indicated on the bidding documents for Phase 1 and 2 Downtown Redevelopment-Restroom Building. Work includes renovation of an existing building for a new restroom building. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall accompany each Bid. Bid security may be in the form of a Bid Bond (A310), certified check or cashier's check. BONDS: The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance & Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract Sum prior to execution of Contracts. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
