Reference Number 0000365527 Federal Award Number: HMGP DR-4524-009-015R Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Design-Builder (D-B) for the Tres Rios Emergency Backup Power Project (3TREBP) to design, purchase and install a minimum of two (2) diesel backup, standby generators at the Tres Rios Wastewater Reclamation Facility. The issuance of this RFQu is the first step in a two-step procurement process. Only those firms that respond to this RFQu and are short-listed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the requirements of this RFQu (Step 1), will be issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) and invited to submit a proposal in response to the RFP (Step 2). Up to three (3) firms will be short-listed as eligible to participate in the RFP Stage of this procurement.
