Closing Time: 2:30 P.M. (NT) ** Please note that there has been 4 addendum issued for this project. ** The project is located at the Marine Atlantic Ferry Terminal site in Port aux Basques, Newfoundland. The Work generally includes, but it is not necessarily limited to, the replacement of multiple sections of the existing roof. More particularly the work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Removal of existing roof assembly in areas as indicated on the drawings. Installation of new membranes, insulation and flashings. Removal and reinstatement of siding as needed to accommodate installation of new roof. Reinstatement of observation deck finished walking surface. Removal of all obsolete equipment, conduit and wiring. Temporary relocation and reinstatement of existing equipment required to remain in service. Protection of existing equipment as required to facilitate construction. Removal and replacement of existing roof drains. Supply and installation of new access stairway/platform for existing condensing unit piping.
