Renovation of a detention facility in La Grange, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The scope of this project includes all work required to design, provide and install the following: a complete system for façade containment system to provide protection to the adjacent / nearby buildings, and personnel in the area of the KSR Main Tower and Rotunda Buildings for the Kentucky Department of Corrections at the Kentucky State Reformatory, LaGrange in Oldham County, Kentucky. The work shall be in accordance with Request for Proposal Documents. The address of the Kentucky State Reformatory is 3001 West Highway 146, Lagrange, KY. General Description of Work: The Design-Builder shall provide any and all design and any and all construction services required and/or necessary for the complete design and construction of the Project. Services shall include compliance with all governing laws, regulations and codes. Services shall include obtaining all regulatory permits and approvals. Any fees due for plan review and for inspections will be paid by the Design-Builder. The selected Design-Builder shall prepare and submit any and all submittals required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction. The design and construction of this Project will not require the approval of the County since this is Commonwealth of Kentucky property.
