The City of Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services (PRCS Department) seeks an experienced playground equipment vendor and contractor (or team) to prepare a (.44 ac) site for a new playground located within the downtown historic Acacia Park, 115 East Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80905. This playground project overall will remove the old playground pit and create a new playground area just north of the Uncle Wilber Fountain. This project will be scheduled and led by the PRCS Department Construction project manager. The primary play equipment work elements consist of the list below: A. Order, ship, deliver, and install playground equipment. B. Install and finish connections into the provided playground pit (by others). C. Install all playground surfacing (PIP and artificial turf) to include all final grading.
