The work consists of demolish the site, located at 320-342 Haven Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226. Substitution requests must be made in writing by Monday, November 01, 2021, 11:00 am, and Requests for Information must be made in writing by Monday, November 01, 2021, 11:00 am. Contract length is 90 calendar days. Bidding will commence on Thursday, October 21, 2021 Bidder's proposals must be accompanied by an intent to bond letter stating the single project capacity as well as an aggregate capacity. A surety company satisfactory to the Owner and qualified to do business in New Jersey shall certify each intent to bond. This invitation to bid supersedes any provision of the instruction to Bidders that conflict with the provisions hereof. The non-collusion forms and non-default forms included with the bidding documents must be properly completed and must accompany all bids. All proposals shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date.
