E: Cooling Tower Pre-purchase: Quinsigamond Community College has pre-purchased the cooling tower and accessories supplied with the cooling tower as a sole source purchase for the cooling tower and accessories to match exactly the existing cooling tower and accessories. Bidders shall include the cost of the cooling tower and accessories in the bid, the cooling tower purchase shall be included in the construction contract, and the contractor shall take responsibility for the cooling tower as if purchased by the contractor. 1: The pre-purchase amount is $71,600.00 including an option for a stainless steel basin. The prepurchase purchase order POR 0029977 is included in the Information for Bidders. 2: Bidders shall contact the pre-purchase vendor, Fluid Equipment Solutions of New England, LLC, to verify and coordinate warehousing and delivery arrangements for pre-purchased equipment.
