A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Upland Borough, must accompany each bid. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions, Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, Section 3 of the Housing & Community Development Act, various insurance requirements, Central Contractors Registration, Public Works Employment Verification, various equal opportunity provisions, the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids thereof, and waive any informalities in the bidding, as they deem in the interest of the Borough The cost estimate for the entire project (Contracts 1-4) is $185,000 to $195,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
