Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project. The objectives of this RFP are to upgrade the HVAC system of the Apotex Long-Term Care Facility to improve air quality and circulation for the building occupants while eliminating the risk of imminent failure of these systems. The Purchaser(s) seeks to satisfy the following objectives in an agreement (the "Agreement') resulting from this RFP: - update the A/C units - replace components of the 9 Air Handling Units - replace exhaust fans - replace pressurization fans.
