All the conditions are contained in the specifications forming an integral part of this call for tenders. As a tender guarantee, the tenders must be accompanied by a certified check issued from a chartered bank or a Caisse populaire and made payable to the City of Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines in the amount two thousand five hundred dollars ($ 2,500.00) as security for the perfect performance of its obligations. The following agreements apply to this call for tenders: AQNB (Agreement for the liberalization of the markets of Quebec and New Brunswick) and ACCQO (Trade and cooperation agreement between Quebec and Ontario).
