Bidders will submit a proposal to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Office of Court Management, Capital Planning Department to complete tasks as outlined below. Provide labor, materials and equipment to complete the work of the following: Install two (2) owner provided holding cell light fixtures and provide power to each light from existing light fixture. Install owner supplied furniture power whips. Whip location is as shown on attached plan. Eight (8) whip locations are shown, provide a cost for the installation of a total of ten (10) furniture power whips. Remove and replace light ballasts in up to twelve (12) locations, lighting units are 48- inches and suspended from the ceiling. Remove existing wall mounted power strips and replace with duplex electrical outlet at six (6) locations. Install junction box and cover plate (make safe) at two (2) locations where clocks were previously removed from wall. Wiring includes power and clock controls. Install two (2) new quad receptacles. The site is located on the second floor of 68 Maple St, Spencer, MA. The entrance is to the rear of the building. All work shall be completed Mon-Thurs, 9:00 am - 3:30 pm. Bidders are asked to provide a break down for all services: labor, material and equipment, to perform the work. Work to be completed within two weeks of Notice to Proceed.
