The work consists of furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials required for the reconstruction of approximately 450 linear feet of Bank Street from Pleasant to High Streets respectfully. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Prequalification of contractors for the project with an estimated value of $607,000 will be required. The work consists of furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials required for the reconstruction of approximately 450 linear feet of Bank Street from Pleasant to High Streets respectfully. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of water main, sewer trunkline, installation of new drainage structures, storm drainpipe, water & sewer service connections, new fire hydrant, installation of granite curb, bituminous curb, timber guard rail, sidewalks and full depth roadway cross section. The project scope also includes new sewer main and sewer service connections on a portion of Park Avenue to North Street. Driveway aprons and minor site elements at the interface with private residences is included within the scope. Project schedule anticipates construction to begin Fall 2021 and continue through Summer 2022 due to potential construction material shortages. If temporary water is left in place through a Winter recess, it is contractor's responsibility to maintain frost protection at all times
