Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Canfield, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,400-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit bids to completely remove the existing shingle and metal roof sections and install a new Metal Roof at the Canfield Community Hall located at 50 Talbot Road (Highway #3), Canfield, Ontario. The Roof Replacement will include all Sloped Roof Decks specified for complete removal and replacement construction and plywood substrate replacement as required. Approximate square footage equates to 5,400 square feet. Substantial completion date is set for Friday, December 17, 2021. Total completion is Friday, January 7, 2022.
