Cyr Street Wells No. 4 and No. 5 Improvements. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Work of this Contract generally consists of modifications to the existing Cyr Street Wells No. 4 and No. 5 Replacement Well. Work at Well No. 4 includes a furnishing and installing a new level transmitter. Work at Well No. 5 Replacement Well includes furnishing and installing a new level transmitter, and furnishing and installation of a pitless adapter, submersible well pump and miscellaneous pump equipment. Work at the West Bridgewater Water Department Office includes furnishing and installation of electrical components, SCADA system modifications and VFD's for both wells.
