Renovation of an educational facility in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Osseo Palmer Lake Elementary Alterations & Mechanical Upgrades Project no: 11.21.0602, R21-4094.000 Architectural work includes toilet room remodels and other tiling work, casework replacement, door replacement, ceiling, and acoustical wall panel replacements, tackable wall carpet replacement above lockers, and roof patching / platform work to support mechanical work. Structural work supports mechanical work. Mechanical work includes equipment systems replacement, plumbing work related to toilet room remodels, and fire protection work as required for new mechanical systems and structural work. Electrical work includes power for new mechanical systems and lighting for new ceilings. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Base Bid submitted, made payable to the Owner. Owner reserves the right to reject a Bid which is incomplete or irregular, the right to waive informalities or irregularities in a Bid received, and the right to accept a Bid which in the Owner's judgment is in Owner's best interests.
