Completion Date: Jan. 31, 2022 There Will Not Be a Prebid Conference The purpose of this project is to (1) safely decommission and remove the existing two (2) underground fuel storage tanks (Tank 1 is 6,000 gallon underground fuel storage tank used for unleaded fuel, Tank 2 is 1,000 gallon underground fuel storage tank used for diesel fuel), their associated piping, pumping, and transfer systems. A third underground storage tank previously abandoned in place is an additive alternative bid item for removal. (2) Repair the site earthwork and concrete in accordance with WSDOT standards and the associated geotechnical report. (3)Install and commission a 6,000 gallon, dual compartment above ground storage tank, refueling compartments and dispensing units, fencing, and exterior lighting in accordance with design standards THERE WILL NOT BE A PREBID CONFERENCE
