Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Longueuil, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 75,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 24-room, 600-seat educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of a new elementary school 6-18 for the replacement of the demolished Notre-Dame school. The new facility will house six classrooms of pre-school education and 18 regular education classrooms, a gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms, a library and administrative offices. The school will be located in the Vieux-Longueuil zone of the City after the demolition of the structure existing on the site. Demolition is beyond the scope of the project. TIMELINE: Project remains on hold and there are no plans for construction at this time. Owner is focused on construction of modular complexes at this time, which will be followed under separate projects. Further update early to mid-2026. Note. The preparatory work including the demolition of the structure existing, and drilling and installation of an exploratory well on the site have been completed and are followed separately in the report under CRM ID name Drilling and Installation of an Exploratory Well - École Notre-Dame.
