Renovation of a water / sewer project in Snydertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This Project will consist of the supply of a concrete wastewater package facility and installation of tanks at the existing site with an alternate for the full installation of the facility. PREVAILING WAGES: Attention of the bidders is particularly called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the minimum prevailing wage and salary rates specified in the Specifications and the conditions of employment with respect to certain categories and classifications of employees. The Owner reserves the right, at its option, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all Bid Proposals, as the Owner may deem in its own discretion to be in its best interest.
