Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
This construction project will consist of two (2) separate projects constructed under the same contract. The two projects are as follows: Project A: Designed by Molzen Corbin: Replace approximately 80 water services from the main line to and including the angle meter stop and meter box; installation of two isolation valves. Project B: Designed by Riverbend Engineering, LLC: Remove and replace guard rail on both sides of Hull Road at the Cedar Creek crossing. Includes related items of concrete curb, riprap rundowns, pavement marking, and minor grading on roadway shoulders. Also includes small grade control structures and downstream culvert entry cleaning in the adjoining reach of Cedar Creek.
