Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lake Arrowhead, California. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Per the owner, as of October 3, 2023, architectural design has not yet been approved. The owner states that they are doing a Peer Review to see if this project is required. Project is currently in design review and was temporarily placed on hold until the Peer Review has been done. Owner states that the project is pending peer review and quote to continue to move forward. A timeline has not been determined. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ................ Prepare design layout in coordination with prefabricated building manufacturer product; prepare bid ready design drawings/plans, specifications and estimate of probable cost (PS&E) for the CSA 70 D-1 Maintenance Building Design Project as detailed in the RFP Scope of Work. The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works, Special Districts (DPW-SD) is seeking informal proposals (quotes) from interested and qualified professionals to provide architectural design services for a proposed Maintenance Building located at 29419 South Torrey Road, Lake Arrowhead, California 92352 (APN: 0330-011-38). The design project intends to replace the current maintenance building with a more accommodating structure optimized for District equipment and services. The building design shall comply with current codes, regulations, and structural condition(s) as may be required. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
