The work of this single bid project includes the elimination and/or substantial reduction of the turbid discharges on the property of the Old Oaks Country Club. The main components and recommendations of the Stormwater Assessment Report that will accomplish this goal are: 1. Rehabilitation of the existing detention area west of the campus ring road including providing sediment forebays at each inlet, reconfiguration, and restoration of storage capacity, providing outfall improvements at both the primary and emergency overflow, and improved access for maintenance vehicles and equipment to the area. 2. Modifications to the existing Green Infrastructure Bio-retention Basin including a reconfiguration of how runoff is being delivered to filter bed, reconfiguration of the manifold and potential replacement of the media if found to have diminished filtering capacity.
