No concrete shall project above final grade, concrete footing to stop 2" shy of finished grade General Description of the Project: The City of Raleigh (COR) Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources is solicitating bids from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following service: install chain link fencing and gates to create a new, dedicated dog park area at Dorothea Dix Park.
