CORVALLIS SCHOOL DISTRICT 509J CRESCENT VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL AND LINUS PAULING MIDDLE SCHOOL SOLAR ENERGY PROJECT Proposals due 2:00 pm, November 11, 2021 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS • NOTICE TO PROPOSERS ALL SOLICITATIONS SHALL BE: • Submitted to Corvallis School District via email: Dalek@wenahagroup.com • Proposals will be received until: November 11, 2021 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time • The proposal shall be clearly marked: "RFP 001-2021 Crescent Valley High School and Linus Pauling Middle School Solar Energy Project" • A copy of the Request for Proposal is available from Dale Kuykendall at dalek@wenahagroup.com • A Pre-Proposal site visit is scheduled for November 4, 2021 beginning at Linus Pauling Middle School • All proposals shall be in the format requested and/or furnished by Corvallis School District, herein after referred to as District, or they may be rejected by the District. • It shall be the proposer's responsibility to ensure that the proposal is delivered via email before the time and date set for proposal closing as noted in the solicitation. • District will not be responsible for proposals delivered to any location other than the email listed above.
