Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hunter, North Dakota. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project No.: 20-258 Replace existing Heat Pump and re-route ductwork and piping as required. The Project Start Date is Monday, January 3, 2022 or as soon as the new equipment is delivered on site and the Completion Date for the project is January 31, 2022 or no more than (4) four weeks from the Project Start Date. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a bidders bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid, executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state, conditioned that if the principal bid be accepted and the contract awarded to the principal, within ten days after notice of award, the principal will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bid and a contractors bond as required by law the regulations and determinations of the governing board. All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids, as approved by Section 43-07-05 of the North Dakota Century Code. A copy of the bidders contractors license, valid as of the bid date, must be included in the separate bid bond envelope. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and licenses, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
