2114, 21204 The entire project is within Disney Elementary campus, 5717 S 112th ST. The project consists of exterior playground improvements to the existing facility. CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. Base Bid: The undersigned hereby proposes and agrees to perform the foregoing, with the Base Bid for improvements including the construction of swing improvements including all structures, drainage, and surfacing per the drawings and specifications. Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the Disney Elementary Swing Improvements. C. Improvements will take place while school is in session. Contractors and MPS staff will work closely to isolate areas of work. D. Work in the facility shall be allowed during normal working hours throughout the project, however, the contractor must provide, at all times, for clear exit paths, proper lighting, and fire/smoke protection (subject to approval of all authorities having jurisdiction) and protection against any and all fumes and odors caused by construction activities. The contractor shall halt or modify any activities the Owner determines to be disruptive in any manner to their continued use of the building.
