The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversite for the manufacturing, and delivery of precast concrete inlet boxes, risers, and bicycle safe grates during the last quarter of 2021, and the first quarter of 2022 to the City of Hazleton DPW. This project does not include installation or connection of inlets, risers, and bicycle safe grates. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Questions may be submitted through electronically "Questions" tab on or before 10:00 A.M. on Friday, December 13, 2021. Responses will be provided via electronically to all registered parties. The City of Hazleton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of 60 days.
