The Contractor is required to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment, permits, insurance, overhead, transportation and all necessary incidentals to remove and replace the specified mechanical system components at the Riverway Golf Course Pro Shop Building including but not limited to works related to mechanical, electrical, controls, structural modifications, plumbing, roofing and flashing, balancing, and commissioning.
