The choice of the successful tenderer will be made following the recommendations of a selection committee according to the evaluation criteria described in the contractual documents and the price adjustment of the tenders in accordance with the predetermined factor mentioned in these documents. Electronic submissions are permitted and recommended within the framework of this call for tenders.
