Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work to be performed under this contract includes mill and overlay of Rainbow Boulevard from 600 feet north of Warm Springs road to the Clark County 215 beltway. Additionally, Rainbow Boulevard will be widened by adding a lane to the west side of Rainbow Boulevard from Arby Avenue to Badura Avenue. The median on Rainbow Boulevard between Arby Avenue and Arroyo Crossing will be removed and replaced. Improvements include modifying striping from Warm Springs Road to the Clark County 215 Beltway. The roadway improvements include pavement, type II aggregate base material, sidewalk, curb & gutter, drop inlet and storm drain lateral installation, pavement markings, streetlights, conduit, traffic signs, remove and replace median, traffic signal modification at the Badura Avenue intersection, adjusting and relocating utilities, and other associated improvements.
