Renovation of an educational facility in Cottonport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

For Re-roof Cafeteria - Cottonport Elementary School at the Operations and Maintenance Department in accordance with Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents prepared by James Guillory Architect, LLC - then at said meeting place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Questions about this procedure shall be directed to James Guillory, AlA at: James Guillory Architect, LLC 1845 Leglise Street Mansura, LA 71350 Phone 318-613-6869 All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to Owner, written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under L.A. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of Building Construction. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after receipt of Bids. In no event shall proposal forms be issued later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the hour and date set for receiving proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Owner.
