Clark Ave. This building is to be removed to provide more parking area for the River Park. Work will consist ofdemolition ofbuilding and hauling offrubble. The concrete slab and building foundations are to remain. Contractor will have ownership of any salvage contained in the building. Any bid in excess of $24,999.99 will require that bidder to be a contractor licensed by the State of Tennessee. CEI LAB CODE: B218484 The estimated value range for this project is $30,000-$50,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
