ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS LOS LUNAS INTERCHANGE AND EAST-WEST CORRIDOR General Notice The Village of Los Lunas (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: LOS LUNAS BOULEVARD CN: A300961/A300962 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the Village Hall, 660 Main Street NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031, until December 11, 2024, at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of new interchange, new roadway, curb and gutter, multi-use trail, railroad grade crossing reconstruction, sidewalk, lighting, permanents signing and striping, drainage structures, traffic signals, traffic control and bridges. Includes work on Interstate 25, Morris Road, Sichler Road, NM 314, and NM 47. ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS Construction of I-25 on/off ramps and construction of new Corridor, including subgrade preparation, base course, asphalt and concrete paving. DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS Installation of new storm drain system including drop inlets, manholes, and storm drain pipe. BRIDGE PLACEMENT Two new single span bridge structures will be placed on I-25. One new 18 span bridge structure will be placed over the Rio Grande. The overall project also includes permanent signing and striping, lighting, and traffic control during construction.
