*** As per Desai Sawyers, this project has been cancelled with plans to rebid as theyhave decided to additional upgrades. Rebid timeline is currently unknown. (As of 01/11/2022) The successful bidder (hereinafter referred to as the contractor) shall furnish, at their expense, all labor, supervision, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation, and other services necessary to fully renovate the existing Interior rooms and exterior wall, paint interior walls, and all other elements as indicated on the associated plans and specifications. The contractor shall be responsible for protection of all electrical and restoration of disturbed areas. The Contractor prior, during and at the completion of the demolition part of this work shall follow all the required notifications, protections, regulatory requirements and execution procedures. Bid Bond None No Pre-Bid Conference Available The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, and the award, if award is made, will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose qualifications indicate the award will be in the best interest of the Owner and whose bid/proposal complies with all the prescribed requirements. The liquated damages will be $250.00 per day unless a mutually agreed upon time extension is granted.
