Site work and paving for a road / highway in Flower Mound, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All questions must be submitted in writing (no exceptions) to dale.crown@flower-mound.com Questions will not be answered over the phone by the Engineer and/or Engineering Design Firm. Questions will be collected and answered with an Addendum to be issued by the Purchasing Office. The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the construction of Lopo Road, Lopo Circle, and Wood Creek Circle which is approximately 5,000 SY of concrete pavement, 1,500 SY of concrete sidewalk, 5,275 SY of treated subgrade, 2 storm curb inlets, 1,345 LF of 8" sewer main, 370 LF of 6" CIPP sewer, 13 sewer manholes, 1,600 LF of 6" and 8" water main, and associated appurtenances.
