As of March 25, 2022, award has not been made for this project – after further review it was determined to be a sole source contract. As of December 23, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award not yet been established. The Lafayette Airport Commission (LAC) is seeking written Proposals from experienced and qualified agencies to provide preventative maintenance services at the Lafayette Regional Airport for eight (8) sets of Stanley Dura-Glide 3000 Series Automatic Sliding Entrance Doors for the following project Preventative Maintenance Program Stanley Dura-Glide 3000 Series Automatic Sliding Entrance Doors Lafayette Regional Airport - Terminal Building Proposals will be received in accordance with Instructions to Proposers and the Proposal form at the set time. Proposals received after the specified closing time will be returned to sender unopened. The LAC does not assume any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of the RFP. Due to the site being an active construction site, a site visit will not be permissible. A site floor plan is included in the RFP. Photographs of the site can be provided upon written request.
