Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Pomona, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Project no: E2119 Construction of New Animal Shelter Facility - 1 Plumbing The total Contract Time from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed until total closeout of the project shall be 540 calendar days. The Contract Time to perform the construction work shall be 450 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. The Bid security or deposit required to accompany this bid is Ten (10%) Percent of the total Bid price in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond. The County reserves the right to waive any irregularity in Bidding deemed in its sole discretion to be non-substantive or technical in nature, and to reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid or Bids as submitted, or as modified, which in the opinion of the County will be in the best interest of the County of Rockland. The Bid of each Bidder shall contain the certification to non-collusive Bidding as set forth in Section 103-d of the General Municipal Law included in the specifications. This requirement must be strictly complied with.
