Project Description: Town of North Liberty Community Building Parking Lot and Improvements The project consists of: Construction of the new parking lot includes new asphalt pavement, earthwork, grading, storm water improvements and retainage pond, electrical including parking lot lights, striping, and ADA improvements. Town of North Liberty Community Center Parking Lot Improvements Each bidder shall be required to complete the Bid Form 96 with these documents. Town of North Liberty reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding and to make an award in the best interest of the Town. No bid or bid security may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days.
