For O'Connor Ridge Boulevard Drainage Improvements The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install complete in place approximately four hundred thirty-six (436) LF of 24" reinforced concrete pipe for drainage together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project at the following location in the City of Irving: 1. On a property located on the south side of O'Connor Ridge Boulevard, 0.3 miles west of N O'Connor Boulevard, within a dedicated public drainage easement. The primary purpose of this study was to provide geotechnical related information and recommendations for: Earthwork Foundation design and construction Pavement sections and subgrade preparation General subsurface conditions within the study area were explored by drilling and sampling a total of 14 borings to the depths shown on the Log of Borings included in the report Illustrations. Data obtained during this study and interpretation of data have been used as the basis for the recommendations provided in this report and are specific to the building pads at the specific locations noted in this report. Use of data, information, and recommendations provided in this report for other purposes, other structures (existing or to be constructed), or evaluations of other locations, will be at the risk and responsibility of the user. We are available, at any time, to discuss the recommendations, information, and concepts provided in this report with owner's design and construction team.
