The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of Community Unit School District 200. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. The project consists of tuckpointing at multiple buildings as listed above. Base Bid work includes tuckpointing at Edison and Lincoln Schools as indicated in the bid documents. Alternate bids for addition work at Lincoln Elementary School, Whittier Elementary School and Monroe Middle School are being requested.
