2022 Capital Improvements - Foods Lab Renovations and Door and Frame Replacements The project consists of Foods Lab Renovations at Wheaton Warrenville South and Door and Frame Replacement at all of the project locations indicated above. Alternate bids are also being requested for installation of card access systems at Sandburg and the School Services Center. The project consists of Foods Lab Renovations at Wheaton Warrenville South and Door and Frame Replacement at 11 schools. All Bidders are encouraged to attend and sign in at the meeting which will be attended by the Owner and Architect. Bidders should park in the southeast lot and check into the main office at Door 1. All Bids shall be delivered to the same address. Bid opening will be immediately following at the same address. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of Community Unit School District 200. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bid security shall be payable to the Board of Education Community Unit School District 200.
