Renovation of a municipal facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
5973 Scope of Work: Major components of Project Work consist of: - Demo and replace rooftop air handling unit (AHU) #5. - Update the boiler reheat system to keep a set point space temperature. - Install new platform framing and seismic anchorage for the new AHU. - Install and program six (6) AHU controllers, VAV box controls and (1) heating hot water system controller. - Replace existing BaCnet controller. - Replace three (3) existing lighting control panels and add seven (7) additional lighting control panels. License required to bid the project: B or C-20 Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price. The term of this project is 365 calendar days.
