The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 7,720 L F Lining Sewer Pipe 8" 15 L F 8" Short-Liner 5 EACH Sanitary Sewer Spot Repair 150 GAL Chemical Grout 1,100 L F Lining Sewer Pipe 8" (Bid Alternate No. 1) 8,500 L F Televise Sanitary Sewer (Bid Alternate No. 2) 9,600 L F Televise Sanitary Sewer (Bid Alternate No. 3) The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Long Lake shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
