The County Council of Dorchester County is requesting proposals for: furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools and associated work necessary to complete the Quonset Hangar Roof replacement project for Dorchester County - Cambridge Dorchester Regional Airport. The Scope of Work under this contract consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools and associated work necessary to complete the Quonset Hangar Roof replacement project for Dorchester County - Cambridge Dorchester Regional Airport. The scope of work for this project includes the removal and disposal of all existing metal roofing material, repair to any rotted wooden substructure, and the installation of new painted metal roofing material with a minimum 30 yr warranty and the installation of new maintenance free, (vinyl or painted aluminum) soffit and fascia trim. The single-story structure in question is the Cambridge-Dorchester Regional Airport Quonset Hangar measuring approximately 4,400 sq. ft. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
