Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Zuni, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade, 31-cell multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Zuni Housing Authority (ZHA) is requesting bids from General Contractors licensed in the State of New Mexico for project: Zuni Bluebird Housing Development - Phase IV 31 Units consisting of (15) Single Family and (8) Multi-Family Residential Duplex Units in Zuni, New Mexico.Streets and infrastructure of the project are complete. Proposals are subject to review by ZHA general counsel. ZHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all deficiencies. The Work consists of the constructing thirty-one (31) new, single story, residential units for the Zuni Housing Authority, Bluebird Phase IV Subdivision, Phase IV Development. Sixteen (16) one bedroom (duplex) units, five (5) two bedroom units, four (4) three bedroom unit, four (4) four bedroom units, two (2) five bedroom units. Structural consisting of concrete foundation and castin-place concrete, wood stud framing, pre-engineered roof trusses, post and beam timber, exterior grade wall and roof sheathing. All new plumbing, mechanical, electrical, insulation / thermal envelope, exterior and interior finishes, cabinetry, roofing and roof drainage, doors and windows.
