As of April 13, 2022, an engineer has been selected. No firm timeline has been established for the construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The work to be done under the contract includes but is not to be limited to the engineering, surveying, design, preparation, and delivery of biddable construction documents (plans, specifications, details) to construct a 10-foot shared use path from Waterford Park to the southern limits of the Kellerton development with crossings at Shookstown Road, Baughman's Lane, Montevue Lane, Rocky Springs Road, Tuscanney Drive, and Christopher's Crossing and connections to existing pedestrian or path systems where appropriate, including capturing opportunities to connect with the adjacent road system. This path network is referred to as the North Branch Trail. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
