Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bronzeville Classical ES_OHI Aerco Boiler Heat Exchanger Assembly Remove the entire heat exchanger assembly. Furnish and install a new heat exchanger. Reassemble the boiler. Test for proper operation Contractor to secure necessary permits. Contractor to field verify dimensions before placing bid. Material and instillation must comply with CPS standards and specifications. If building or CPS properties are damage during construction, contractor to replace and or repair as necessary. Contractor crew is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. Note: All work to be done on straight time. Questions Due Date: Nov 2nd 2021, 3:00 PM CDT If bid price is over $25,000, you MUST submit a bid bond at time of bid. If bid price is over $50,000, you MUST submit a payment and performance bond if awarded a project. If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid.
