Project No: 22-827.1 The scope of work includes but is not limited to; furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required to construct the South Tower Park project. The project includes site preparation and grading, landscaping, planting, storm water drainage as well as the construction of concrete flatwork, irrigation system with controls, shade structure, play structure with pour in place surfacing, metal picket fencing, CMU block wall, and park lighting. The project will also include other site furnishings as set forth in the contract documents. The Construction Allocation for this project is $2,200,000. A 100 percent Payment Bond and 100 percent Performance Bond for all public works contracts must be filed with the Contract Documents and approved by the City before the Contractor enters upon performance of the Work. Bidders are advised that, as required by the Fresno Municipal Code, the city has established a National Targeted Worker mandatory participation level.
