In order to comply with public health directives during the COVID-19 period, any person interested in attending this opening of tenders can make a written request 24 hours before the scheduled opening date. The Richelieu Valley Water Treatment Board does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer (s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond 50% is required.
