Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Remove and replace existing pavilion and concrete pad at Oquirrh Park, 12760 South 2700 West. The existing concrete pad is 25' x 28' and the existing pavilion is approximately 20' x 25' from eve to eve. New concrete pad and pavilion is to be the same size. New pavilion is to be all steel construction, 6" steel posts, Steelworx HP2025-SW style or acceptable substitute. Color to be determined. Demo and haul off existing concrete & pavilion. New concrete pad is to be 4000psi, AA-AE, six bag mix, 5" thick placed on 4" of road base, compacted to 95% compaction. Concrete pad is to have tied - #3 bar - 18" on center each way or wire mesh mat overlapped at a minimum of one square and tied. Bar or wire mesh shall be placed mid depth in concrete slab according to APWA 03 30 04 specification.
