Church Road Well Field Development and Granthams Landing Water Treatment Plant. The Sunshine Coast Regional District operates numerous water systems, the largest of which the Chapman Water System supplying approximately 23,000 people. As a result of recommendations from the Comprehensive Regional Water Plan, coupled with recent drought conditions across many areas of southern BC, the Sunshine Coast Regional District will supplement the Chapman Water System with groundwater from the Church Road Well Field. This project includes the components necessary to connect the well field to the Chapman Water System.
